Roma Gathered In The Spring Festival In Didim 23/03/2011

The third Spring Festival of Didim district of Aydın win recognition from either Roma of the district and the other non-Roma citizens. District governor of Didim, Ali Katırcı; mayor of Didim, Mümin Kamacı; president of Didim Rumelian Roma Cooperation, Solidarity and Culture Association, Metin Çakır and other administrators of the association participated to the activity which is organized by Didim Rumelian Roma Cooperation, Solidarity and Culture Association.

Troupe of Aydın Roma Association, Folk Dance Society of Didim Akbük, Troupe of Didim Roma Association took the stage in amphitheater of Didim municipality in the context of the Festival. Hüseyin Yaltırı, a folk music singer who works for Turkish Radio Television Foundation, also gave a concer.

Didim mayor Mümin Kamacı evaluating the festival said that the festival have to be traditionalised.
