They plan Gypsy children to register kindergarden in next phases if they succeed to create demand for pre-school education among children with the mobile kindergarden.

The mobile kindergarden for which Şahin Özbilen Neighbourhood having a very crowded population of Roma Gypsies were selected as pilot area aim to create sympathy among Gypsy Children to education. The mobile kindergarden will service in a different street each week.

It's said that the primary of the reason of Gypsy children's educational problems is that their families don't send them to school. However, this is not the only reason of their educational problems. Discriminative behaviours of classmates, parents and even some teachers who have prejudices targeting Gypsies could cause Gypsy children to be alienated from school unawares. Scholars evaluating the issue emphasize that it's needed to overcome prejudices targeting Gypsies which is very common especially among teachers to raise the rate of accessibility of Gypsy children to education.
