Residents of Hacı Evhat Visited The Governor 04/03/2011

Administrators of Hacı Evhat Neighbourhood Development and Solidarity Association visited the governor of Tekirdağ, Zebeyir Kemelek. Residents introduced their demands in the meeting which existed with the participation of the neighbourhood council

Members of Hacı Evhat Neighbourhood council, the president of Hacı Evhat Neighbourhood Development and Solidarity Association, Göksel Fil, and the member of administrative board of the association, Sami Adalı, participated the meeting. They introduced problems and demands of the residents including difficulties students living in the neighbourhood have to the governor.

The president of the association, Göksel Fil, made a detailed presentation about two social project they prepared in the meeting. The governor, Zübeyir Kemelek, said that he is glad to hear associations prepare this kind of social project and he promised to support the projects. Members of the neighbourhood council introduced their demand for vocational course in the neighbourhood to be established as soon as possible.

On the other hand, a literacy course is established in the neighbourhood in collaboration with the district governor of Malkara, Yunus Fatih Kadiroğlu. Administrators of the course announced that they will place a premium to people who learn reading and writing in the course.
